Client Services Representative

Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
Company: JCR
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person
Pay: $26.50 per hour

Make an Impact Every Day

Are you a strong communicator who can stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and help people navigate difficult situations?

JCR is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Flower Mound. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates with confidence and compassion, and understands how to balance excellent service with accountability.

Our Client Services team works directly with individuals managing court-ordered payment obligations. You will help clients understand their payment plans, resolve account concerns, stay on track, and understand the next steps available to them.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and handle difficult conversations can have a meaningful impact on the people we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients regarding court-ordered payment plans and account obligations

  • Clearly explain payment requirements, account status, deadlines, and next steps

  • Help clients identify solutions when they are experiencing difficulty meeting their obligations

  • Manage a high volume of client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Document client interactions and account activity thoroughly

  • Respond to questions and concerns professionally, even during emotionally charged conversations

  • Identify account issues and take proactive steps toward resolution

  • Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment

  • Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure accurate, consistent client service

  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and client experience

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Balance empathy for the client with responsibility for helping accounts remain compliant

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of customer service experience

  • Are confident speaking with people by phone and handling challenging conversations

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully

  • Stay calm and solutions-focused when someone is frustrated or upset

  • Take ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve a problem

  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Pay close attention to details and follow through on commitments

  • Work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy

  • Are comfortable being held accountable for performance and results

  • Enjoy identifying problems and improving the way work gets done

  • Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Bachelor’s degree required.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

The right person is compassionate but confident.

You understand that great client service does not mean simply telling people what they want to hear. It means listening, explaining things clearly, finding appropriate solutions, and helping people move forward.

You are comfortable having hard conversations while still treating every person with dignity and respect.

You also enjoy working in an environment where expectations are high, people move quickly, and employees are trusted to take ownership of their work.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305

Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
